and Mexican heritage. There isn't one thing about Salma Hayek that isn't

For such a petite woman (well, height-wise at least), Salma Hayek packs
quite a punch. She's a fireball in every sense of the word, and never
takes no for an answer. And we mean that in a good way, because without
that attitude, Salma Hayek probably wouldn't be where she is today.
Salma Hayek had to fight in order to get the movie Frida made, and Salma
Hayek finally took it upon herself when others refused to produce it.
Whenever Salma Hayek's on the late-night circuit, Salma Hayek's always
smiling and always has an interesting story to tell. Basically, an
evening with her would be anything but dull.
Salma Hayek doesn't seem to take herself too seriously, at least that's
the way her roles in Wild Wild West, 54 and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over
portray her. Salma Hayek's always the best part of any movie she appears
in (hands down), and with Best Actress Golden Globe and Oscar
nominations, it's clear that critics are also impressed with her talent.
